Terms and conditions
Making a Booking
- All Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
- By making a Booking, you offer to purchase the Services subject to these Terms.
- We will confirm our acceptance of your Booking by sending you a Booking Confirmation. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation.
- If we cannot accept your Booking, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Services.
Payment
- All prices for services are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QR). As of the date of booking, Qatar does not impose Value-Added Tax (VAT); however, in the event that VAT or any similar government-imposed tax or charges are introduced and become applicable to the services provided, such charges shall be added to the final invoice and will be the sole responsibility of the client. Experience Tours and Events Services W.L.L shall not be liable for the payment of any current or future tax obligations imposed by regulatory authorities.
- Full payment is required at the time of Booking unless otherwise specified.
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, american express and bank transfers.
- Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authorization for payment is received at the time of Booking.
Booking Modifications
- Modifications to Bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any modification request must be made in writing to marhaba@experience.qa.
- We reserve the right to refuse modification requests.
Cancellation and No show Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Experience Tours and Events Services W.L.L, we understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and Refund policy:
- Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled service date: Full refund minus an administrative fee of 10%.
- Cancellations made 4 days before the scheduled service date: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled service date: No refund.
All bookings are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of confirmation. Where applicable, refunds are limited to the amount received by Experience Tours and Events Services W.L.L from the service provider. No additional compensation shall be issued. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or another method if deemed appropriate by the company, within 30 days of confirmation. The company is not liable for delays or discrepancies caused by third-party providers or payment processors.

This cancellation policy applies only to the tour or activity listed in your booking confirmation. It does not include any separate services such as hotel stays, transportation, or other third-party arrangements that were not booked directly through Experience Tours and Events Services W.L.L.

Baggage aboard (Optional Transfer):
A professional driver will collect you free of any costs from your preferred location within a scheduled time.
Arrival at Discover Quest Theme Park:
When guests arrive, they’ll receive their all-day access wristband or ticket for unlimited rides on everything in the park.
Discover the Park:
You can have the entire day to experience as much of the park as possible with all of the rides from heart-pounding roller coaster rides to fun rides that are perfect for families. To be sure that you don’t miss out on any one of those thrilling locations, visit each themed zone in the park.
Lunch Break and Shopping:
Eat at the food outlet inside the resort. There are various food outlets strewn throughout the park, with different types of cuisines. These include some of the best gift shops to find souvenirs.
Games and Entertainment:
Play at the interactive game zones; enjoy the live performances, and be a part of the seasonal activities happening in the park.
Close of Day:
Guests are encouraged to make one last counterclockwise cycle of their favorite rides as the day ends and head to the exit of the park.
Drop-Off (Optional Transfer):
Visitors who will use the transfer service will be fetched from the park with utmost safety and dropped off at their initial location.
Group Reservations:
There are special rates and amenities for groups and conventions.
Weather Advisory:
Certain outdoor locations may close temporarily under really bad weather conditions. You might also suggest that visitors check with park scheduling for any plans about their visit in advance.
Safety Measures:
Rides and attractions have safety checks strictly observed. Some rides have height and age restrictions, again for safety reasons.
