1. Departure Time: 08:00 AM.
2. Operating Days: (8-03-2026 to 10-03-26) Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
3. Service commencement: Effective from the next scheduled departure date.
4. Journey Information
1. Estimated travel time is approximately 14 hours, subject to traffic conditions, border procedures, and operational requirements.
2. Two (2) restroom stops will be scheduled during the journey.
3. Passengers are advised to bring their own snacks, water, medication, and personal essentials for the duration of the journey.
5. Booking Confirmation and Payment
1. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full ticket payment in the Service Provider’s designated bank account or approved payment channel.
2. Any reservation, seat hold, or provisional booking shall not be deemed confirmed unless and until the full payment has been received and acknowledged by the Service Provider.
3. The Service Provider reserves the right to release or allocate any unconfirmed seat to another passenger if payment has not been received within the required timeframe.

The operator reserves the right to modify departure times, routes, or schedules due to operational requirements, government regulations, security considerations, or border conditions.

Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

4. No Show Policy:
The bus will wait for a maximum period of thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled departure time. Passengers who fail to arrive within this time shall be considered “No Show”, and their ticket shall be automatically forfeited without refund or compensation.

5. Border Entry Responsibility:
Entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is subject to the approval of Saudi immigration authorities. If a passenger is denied entry at the border, the bus operator and service provider shall bear no responsibility for return transportation or associated costs, and the passenger shall arrange and bear such costs independently.

7. Operator Cancellation
If a departure is cancelled by the operator due to operational or regulatory reasons, the passenger may choose either:
• Transfer of the ticket to the next available departure, or
• Refund of the ticket amount.
8. Passenger Indemnification
By purchasing or using the ticket, the passenger unconditionally agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned herein and indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its operators, employees, representatives, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the passenger’s travel, conduct, documentation, visa status, border decisions, personal belongings, or any circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
