Terms & Conditions
- Booking must be made in advance and is subject to availability.
- Minimum booking is 4 persons and maximum capacity is 6 persons.
- Guests must arrive at Pearl Marina 22 at least 15 minutes before departure.
- The cruise duration is approximately 1 hour.
- The cruise schedule may be changed or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons.
- Guests must follow the captain and crew’s safety instructions at all times.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Any damage caused to the boat or equipment due to guest negligence may be charged to the guest.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests who do not follow safety instructions or whose behavior may affect the safety of others.
Cancellation and No show Policy
At Experience Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and Refund policy:
- Cancellation 10+ days before service date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 4-9 days before service date: 75% refund.
- Cancellation 2-4 days before service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation Less than 48 hours before service date: No refund
