Bookings close on 5th December 2025, at 12 noon. Minimum requirement for this tour is 10 pax or more. If the tour does not have 10 pax, all those that have reserved their seats will be refunded.
Cancellation and No show Policy
- Dress like a Qatari – Experience the elegance of traditional attire with a guided photo-shoot.
- Feast like a Qatari – Savor authentic flavors during a traditional dinner under the stars.
- Explore like a Qatari – Wander through Souq Wakrah with stories, performances, and heritage insights.
- 6:00 PM – Pick-up & Welcome Guests are collected from designated points and introduced to their cultural host, who sets the tone for the evening.
- Cultural Session (6:30 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Dress like a Qatari and take part in a photo-shoot in traditional attire
- Learn Majles etiquettes and enjoy storytelling sessions
- Participate in an Arabic Coffee Workshop
- Experience traditional performances that highlight Qatari hospitality
- Souq Wakrah Heritage Walk (8:00 PM – 9:30 PM) A guided stroll through Souq Wakrah, exploring its heritage architecture, local crafts, and vibrant atmosphere.
- Traditional Dinner (9:30 PM – 10:30 PM) Feast on authentic Qatari dishes in a communal setting, with cultural explanations of the cuisine.
- Closing & Drop-off (10:30 PM – 11:00 PM) The evening concludes with reflections from your host before guests are dropped back at their starting points.
