- Minimum 2 nights stay required.
- Room prices do not include additional extras.
- Full payment required upon booking.

Cancellation and No show Policy
Visa Application:
- Experience Qatar will apply for group visas starting 13th October so make sure to book Flights and Hotels before that.
- Visas will be issued free of charge and available from 13th November until 10th December.
- Do not start the visa process on your own, as we won’t be able to assist if issues arise.
- We can only apply visa for those who have booked their hotels through our company
- Visa is NOT applied until your hotel confirmation is booked and paid.
Changes & Cancellations of Hotels:
- Hotel Cancellations:
- Cancel before 1st October for a full refund.
- Cancel between 1st October and 1st November for a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations after 1st November.
- Visa Cancellations:
- No fees for visa cancellations, but hotel cancellation fees may apply.
- Tour Cancellations:
- Your tours can be refunded 100% up until 5 days before the tour departure date
- Less than 5 days cancellation will be charged 50%
- Less than 48 hours of cancellation will be charged 100%
