- Booking: All bookings depend on availability and our acceptance. Your contract with us starts when we send a Booking Confirmation. If we cannot accept your booking, we will tell you and will not charge you.
- Prices and tax: All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QR). Qatar does not currently charge VAT. If VAT or a similar government tax is introduced, it will be added to the final invoice and paid by you. Experience Tours and Events Services LLC is not liable for any current or future tax obligations imposed by regulatory authorities.
- Payment: Full payment is due at booking, unless we tell you otherwise. We accept credit card, debit card, American Express and bank transfer. Card details are encrypted, and payment is authorized at booking.
