A minimum of a non-refundable 10% of the payment is required to confirm the business.

The number of passengers can be adjusted; however, please note that the price will vary accordingly.
Group discounts are available, with rates determined based on the number of passengers in the group.
The itinerary can be modified to accommodate specific requests and preferences.
Please note that the price mentioned is applicable for a group of four people traveling together, based on double sharing accommodation.

Cancellation and No show Policy

10% confirmation charges are non-refundable.
The booking will be completely non-refundable for up to 1 month prior to the trip starting date and will be charged in full.
If for any circumstance, any portion of the service is affected or not available, a written notification will be made with a suitable arrangement to accommodate the guests. Any surplus charges of that will be declared to the client and shall be paid by the client upon agreement.
Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Meet & Greet at the Airport (29th November 2024): Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative and escorted to your private transfer vehicle for a smooth journey to your hotel.
Private Hotel Transfer & Check-In (29th November 2024): Relax in a comfortable private transfer to your hotel and take time to freshen up before exploring Qatar.
Formula 1 Practice & Qualifying Rounds (29th November 2024): From 16:00 to 21:30, experience the thrill of Formula 1 at Lusail International Circuit with convenient return transfers to and from your hotel. Enjoy the practice rounds from 16:30 and sprint qualifying from 20:30 to 21:14.
City Explorer Tour (Optional) (30th November 2024): Take a half-day city tour (09:00 – 14:00) and visit key landmarks such as the Museum of Islamic Art, the Doha Corniche, the Pearl-Qatar, and Souq Waqif. Explore Qatar’s rich culture and history with a knowledgeable guide.
Desert Safari Adventure (Optional) (30th November 2024 – 1st December 2024): From 14:00 to 10:00 the next morning, enjoy a thrilling desert safari with dune bashing, a traditional BBQ dinner, and an overnight stay in a Bedouin-style desert camp under the stars.
Kayaking & Camel Racing (Optional) (30th November 2024): Choose between an adventurous morning kayaking experience or a visit to a camel racing track, both offering unique cultural insights, followed by a museum visit.

Day 1: Arrival & Practice Day
Date: 29th November 2024

Meet & Greet at the airport with a private transfer to your hotel.
Attend Practice 1 from 16:30, followed by Sprint Qualifying from 20:30 to 21:14 at Lusail International Circuit.
Return to the hotel and relax.

Day 2: Qualifying & City Explorer Tour (Optional)
Date: 30th November 2024

Optional Half-Day City Tour (09:00 – 14:00), visiting iconic sites like the Museum of Islamic Art, Pearl Qatar, and Souq Waqif.
Enjoy the Sprint Race from 17:00 to 18:00 and the exciting Qualifying Rounds from 21:00 to 22:00.
Private transfers to and from the hotel.

Day 3: Race Day
Date: 1st December 2024

Morning at leisure to enjoy hotel amenities or explore nearby attractions.
Private transfer to Lusail International Circuit for Race Day from 19:00, where you’ll witness the thrill of the Formula 1 Qatar Grand Prix under the lights.
Return to the hotel after the race.

Day 4: Departure
Date: 1st December 2024

Private transfer to the airport for your departure.
