The ticket price for the private transportation service from Doha, Qatar to Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is as follows:

• SUV: QAR 11,800 per vehicle
Ticket Inclusions
- Private vehicle (Sedan or SUV) with professional driver.
- Exclusive use of the vehicle for the booked journey.
- Standard luggage allowance (one suitcase and one hand-carry per passenger).
- Pickup and drop-off transportation service.
- Pickup Location: To be confirmed within Doha, Qatar.
- Drop-off Location: To be confirmed within Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Vehicle type will be based on the selected booking (Sedan or SUV).
Schedule
- Departure Time: Flexible, based on passenger preference.
- Operating Days: Daily (subject to availability).
- Service commencement: Effective upon confirmed booking.
Journey Information
- Estimated travel time is approximately 18–22 hours, subject to traffic conditions, border procedures, and operational requirements.
- Restroom and refreshment stops can be arranged during the journey.
- Passengers are advised to bring their own snacks, water, medication, and personal essentials for the duration of the trip.
Booking Confirmation and Payment
- A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment in the Service Provider’s designated account or approved payment channel.
- Any reservation or provisional booking shall not be deemed confirmed until full payment has been received and acknowledged.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to release or reassign any unconfirmed booking without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions
- Non-Refundable Policy:
All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed, regardless of cancellation, delay, personal circumstances, or inability to travel. - Schedule Flexibility:
Departure timing may be adjusted due to operational requirements, traffic conditions, or border procedures. - Reporting Time:
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. - No Show Policy:
The driver will wait for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes from the agreed pickup time. Failure to appear within this period will be considered a “No Show”, and the booking will be forfeited without refund. - Border Entry Responsibility:
Entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is subject to approval by immigration authorities. If a passenger is denied entry, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for return transportation or any associated costs. - Visa Requirement:
Saudi visa is not included in the service. Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining a valid visa prior to travel. - Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included. Passengers are responsible for arranging their own coverage.
Cancellation and No show Policy
Operator Cancellation
If the service is cancelled by the operator due to operational or regulatory reasons, the passenger may choose either:
• Rescheduling to the next available date, or
• Full refund of the booking amount.
Passenger Indemnification
By confirming the booking, the passenger agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the journey, including but not limited to travel conduct, documentation, visa status, border decisions, personal belongings, or any circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.
