Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Experience Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and Refund policy:
- Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled service date: Full refund minus an administrative fee of 10%.
- Cancellations made 4 days before the scheduled service date: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled service date: No refund.
All bookings are non-transferable and subject to the cancellation policy provided at the time of confirmation.
Where applicable, refunds shall be limited to the actual amount received by Experience Tours and Events Services W.L.L. from the relevant third-party service provider. No additional compensation, reimbursement, or claims shall be applicable beyond this amount.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or, where appropriate, an alternative method determined at the sole discretion of the Company. The chosen refund method will be applied based on operational feasibility and in accordance with internal company procedures.
Upon receipt and confirmation of a valid cancellation request, eligible refunds will be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days. While the Company aims to ensure timely processing, it shall not be held liable for any delays or discrepancies caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or other external service providers.
We appreciate your understanding and assure you that all refund requests will be handled with professionalism, fairness, and in accordance with the terms outlined above.
