Discover the endless desert of Qatar with this secure and memorable full-day desert safari adventure, also known as our famous 1001 Arabian Nights experience. Qatar is famous for its sand dunes and desert features which can’t be missed.
This tour is more than just a glimpse of Qatari sand dunes. Our Full Day Desert Safari package is supplemented with a visit to the desert camp, that has camels and falcons, and closely exploring the desiccated plants, including Cacti, wildflowers, and shrubs, which is an experience in itself. Bring yourself closer to nature by observing its beauty on this tour.
Our trained, professional, and licensed drivers will pick you up from Doha city in a comfortable 4×4 ride and transfer to Sealine Beach, where you can opt-in for a camel ride or a photo opportunity with a falcon in your hands with the dunes as your photo background. This is charged additional and you can choose to pay directly to the camel owner. Enjoy the warm hospitality of Qatari Bedouins as our drivers will deflate the car tyres. This is important because the deflated car tires will allow the car to smoothly navigate through the dense sand dunes; after which we embark on a 45-60 minutes dune bashing adventure with the destination of Inland Sea set.
We will stop for 15-20 minutes during this roller-coaster ride at a place where you can take photos on top of a dune that has a panoramic view of the desert around you. Continuing our excursions, we will reach the Inland Sea where you get to see the Saudi mountains ahead of you. This place is called Khor Al Adaid in Arabic and is also one of the few places on our planet where the sand dunes meet the Arabian Sea. After a 15-minute stop at this location, we transfer you to the beach-front Arabian camp where you can treat your taste buds to a delicious meal at the end of the day.
You will be allowed for a total of 3 hours at the desert camp with us where Arabian hospitality meets with professionalism. Our camp features include an indoor area, outdoor seating area, beach-front tanning beds, and a fully functional restaurant that will offer you a 5-course buffet meal. You can choose to be picked up at 9 AM for a lunch experience, or 2 PM for a dinner experience.
This full-day desert camp experience in Qatar will give you everlasting memories in just 8 hours as an overall experience (ride-time included).

Kindly note that the stay at the Inland Sea beach is for a limited time in this package and therefore you would not be able to swim at the Inland Sea. However, since this experience has a beach-front campsite access, you would get to swim at the camp.
The experience is subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled if the weather conditions are unfavorable.

- Pick & drop-off to your location of convenience within Doha city, each Land Cruiser seats 6 people.
- Get a quick peek into the lifestyle of desert bedouins at the traditional Bedouin campsite at the Sealine beach, which serves as our first stop
- Up to 45 minutes adrenaline filled dune bashing experience in a 4X4 Land Cruiser with a licensed driver
- Camel Riding and Falconry stop where you can either ride a camel (for an additional amount of 35 QAR per short-ride and 75 QAR per long ride) or take a photo with a falcon in your hand in the desert
- Stop over at the top of the singing dunes for a panoramic view of the desert. This is known as the photography dune
- Get a quick peek of the unique Khor Al Adaid (Inland sea) and catch a gorgeous sunrise or a sunset, depending on the timing of your tour.
- Experience the traditional bedouin campsite along with a barbecue Lunch or Dinner. Stop at the campsite is restricted to three hours. You can also swim and shower at the campsite and relax by the beach
- A delicious freshly made lunch or dinner buffet that features live BBQ and 5 course meal including soft drinks and water will be served at the camp restaurant.
Start Times
Morning tour starts at 9AM, lunch is served at 1PM.
Sunset tour starts at 2PM, dinner is served at 6PM.

Itinerary
- Travel time is 45 mins each way, included in the overall tour duration
- Pass through fertilizer industries at the Mesaied Industrial City
- Stop at the traditional Qatari tents – public restroom facility available, if this spot is closed, we will stop at another suitable toilet stop
- Ride the camel in the desert and click pictures with falcons (additional charges to be paid in cash)
- Deflate tyres for thrilling dune bashing – 30 minutes
- Dune bashing 45-60 minutes
- Photo stop at 360 view dune – panoramic view (photography dune) in between your dune bashing adventure – 15-20 minutes
- Visit to the Inland sea (Saudi border) – stop will be 15-25 minutes
- Transfer to the Arabian campsite – roughly 30-45 minutes back from Inland Sea
- Layover at the Arabian campsite in the desert for 3 hours
- Check-out from the camp, back to your location, stopping en route to inflate car tyres
Bring on Board
- Make sure to bring a valid ID or passport for verification purposes.
- Bring along sunscreen, sandals & sunglasses as you will be in the desert
- In winters, the desert winds can be cold, it is therefore recommended to carry an extra shawl with you
- Feel free to bring additional snacks
- If you plan to swim, please bring a change of clothes along with your own towel
