- Booking: All bookings depend on availability and our acceptance. Your contract with us starts when we send a Booking Confirmation. If we cannot accept your booking, we will tell you and will not charge you.
- Payment: Full payment is due at booking, unless we tell you otherwise. We accept credit and debit cards. Card details are encrypted, and payment is authorized at booking.
- Changes: Changes depend on availability and may cost extra. Send change requests in writing to info@experience.qa. We may refuse a change request.
Cancellation and No show Policy
At Experience Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and Refund policy:
- Cancellation 10+ days before service date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 4-9 days before service date: 75% refund.
- Cancellation 2-4 days before service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation Less than 48 hours before service date: No refund
