- Inland Sea Stop vs. Campsite Swimming: Kindly note that the stop at Khor Al Adaid (Inland Sea) is a 15-to-25-minute scenic viewpoint visit and does not allow time for swimming. However, because this overnight package includes 14–15 hours at our beachfront desert campsite, guests have full access to swim in the sea and rinse off in freshwater shower cabins at the camp.
- Weather Policy: This outdoor desert experience operates subject to prevailing weather conditions and Qatar safety advisories, and may be rescheduled or canceled if weather conditions become unfavorable.

At Experience Qatar, we understand that travel plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation 10+ days before service date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
- Cancellation 4–9 days before service date: 75% refund.
- Cancellation 2–4 days before service date: 50% refund.
