Terms & Conditions
- The Safliyah Island Taxi accommodates a maximum of 6 persons per booking.
- Guests must arrive at the designated port at their selected pick-up time.
- Return bookings must have a minimum 3-hour gap between the outbound and return transfer.
- Pick-up times are subject to boat availability and operational conditions.
- Guests are responsible for selecting the correct transfer option and preferred times when booking.
- For groups larger than 6 persons, please contact us directly at +97430191237 for a private arrangement.
- Boat operations may be affected by weather or sea conditions. In the event that a transfer cannot operate safely, Experience Qatar will contact the guest regarding the available options.
- Guests should follow all safety instructions provided by the boat crew.
- Please arrive at the designated port with sufficient time before your scheduled departure.
- The service is a transfer only and does not include a guided tour of Safliyah Island unless specifically stated in the selected package.
Cancellation and No show Policy
At Experience Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation and Refund policy:
- Cancellation 10+ days before service date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 4-9 days before service date: 75% refund.
- Cancellation 2-4 days before service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation Less than 48 hours before service date: No refund

One-Way Transfer
Arrive at the designated port at your selected time. Our boat will take you directly to Safliyah Island, providing a convenient and comfortable transfer across the water.
Return Transfer
For a return booking, select your preferred pick-up time from the designated port and your preferred pick-up time from Safliyah Island.
Please note that there must be a minimum 3-hour gap between the outbound and return transfers.
