departure hall to the aircraft. A dedicated Hostess greets the passenger, providing porter assistance
with luggage and facilitating check-in formalities. Fast-track immigration clearance is granted at the
Lounge, and the passenger is escorted to the transit Lounge for a relaxed stay of up to four hours. The

- Services must be booked a minimum of 74 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled flight.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the service will incur a fee.
