Making a Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.
When you make a booking, you are offering to purchase the services on these terms.
Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a Booking Confirmation. The contract between you and Experience Qatar is formed at that point and not before.
If we cannot accept your booking, we will tell you and will not charge you.

Payment

Currency: All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QR).
Taxes: As of the booking date, Qatar does not charge Value-Added Tax (VAT). If VAT or a similar government tax or charge is introduced and applies to your services, it will be added to your final invoice and paid by you. Experience Tours and Events Services LLC is not liable for any current or future tax obligations imposed by regulatory authorities.
When to pay: Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless we tell you otherwise.
Accepted methods: Credit card, debit card, American Express and bank transfer.
Card security: Your card details are encrypted to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure. Payment authorization is received at the time of booking.

Cancellation and No show Policy

At Experience Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation and refund policy is below.

10 or more days before the service date: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
4–9 days before the service date: 75% refund.
2–3 days before the service date: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the service date or no-show: No refund.
